When to go to Maxicare’s Primary Care Clinic (PCC)

For mild injuries that are not bleeding and located on the head or neck, Maxicare members may go directly to a PCC for check-ups and anti-rabies vaccination. No need to present a Letter of Authorization (LOA), unlike in a hospital emergency room (ER).
