How to Activate your PRIMA Consult by MaxiHealth
After your purchase, you need to activate your PRIMA Consult eVoucher or physical voucher with the Reference Code before you can avail the benefits.
*The membership registration period is up to three (3) months from the date of purchase.
- Visit the Online Card Registration Page (memberviewpoint.maxicare.com.ph)
- Enter the Reference Code that you’ll receive by email after purchase.
- Provide the required personal details and click “Submit”.
- Once successfully registered, you will receive an email together with your PRIMA Consult by MaxiHealth electronic card (eCard) within 24 hours.

Are PRIMA Prepaid Cards Covered by Insurance?
PRIMA cards activated on Jan 15, 2026 or later are automatically enrolled in Personal Accident Insurance at no extra cost. Coverage includes loss of life due to an accident, as well as accidental injuries resulting in permanent disability or being permanently bedridden.
What is the Validity Period of the Insurance Coverage?
The insurance coverage begins upon card activation and ends on the expiration date indicated in the Welcome Letter.

Who is Eligible for the Built-in Insurance?
All PRIMA members who activated their cards starting January 15, 2026 and are aged 0 to 69 years old at the time of enrollment are eligible for this built-in insurance coverage.
Starting June 1, 2026, coverage will be extended to members aged 0 to 99 years old.

For Teleconsult:
- No appointment is needed. You may simply call our hotline anytime at (02) 8582 1980 or (02) 7798 7798 to be immediately connected with a doctor for your consultation.
- A referral to a specialist is required and will only be issued after an initial consultation with a General Practitioner (GP) or Internal Medicine (IM) doctor. However, members may also see a specialist if they present a valid outside doctor referral.
- Laboratory tests can be scheduled but must be endorsed by a PCC doctor. Tests outside the plan coverage will be out-of-pocket. Members may also undergo laboratory tests if they present a valid outside doctor’s request
How can members avail of medicine discounts through MedGrocer?
Members can order via the ForwardMG website using a valid membership code and prescription. Orders are processed within one working day and delivered within 1–5 days depending on location.
The program covers 150+ subsidized medicines, subject to formulary availability.
What does the GenZen Mental Health Wellness Program include?
Members gain access to counseling, diagnostic support, wellness services, and specialist recommendations through enrollment on the GenZen website, with ongoing follow-ups and co-managed care provided based on clinical need and assessment.
GenZen Mental Health Wellness may be availed as early as the following working day.
