To continue providing you with quality healthcare, we are constantly updating our network of hospital partners.

The following hospitals are no longer part of Maxicare’s network of hospital partners: 

  • San Juan De Dios Educational Foundation – effective 12:01 AM of April 25, 2023.
  • Marikina Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. (MDHMC) – effective 6:00 AM of May 3, 2023.
  • De La Salle University Medical Center in Dasmarinas City, Cavite (DLSUMC) – effective 6:00 AM of May 5, 2023.

To avoid any inconvenience and to prevent delay in diagnosis and treatment, we recommend the following options for your Outpatient and Inpatient needs:

  • Call our 24/7 Teleconsult Hotline at (02) 8582-1980 or (02) 7798-7798, for a medical consultation anytime, anywhere.
  • Access our affiliated Specialists for consultations through the Doctor Anywhere app 
  • Request for a Letter of Authorization (LOA) online via our Member Gateway found on the Maxicare website or via the direct link: https://membergateway.maxicare.com.ph
  • Visit any of our Maxicare-affiliated hospitals and clinics as provided for in your benefit package. These are some of the available hospitals and clinics in respective areas:
