How to Register Your PRIMA for Moms e-Card
After purchasing your PRIMA for Moms package, you’ll need to register your plan using your Reference Code before heading to the PCC.
- Click the registration link sent to your email.
- Enter the Reference Code you’ll receive by email and complete your details.
- Once successfully registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your e-card. You may start enjoying your benefits once you receive your e-card.
Note:
- The plan must be registered within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The membership is valid for 1 year from activation date.
Important Reminders Before Your Appointment:
- Present your PRIMA for Moms e-Card, along with 1 valid ID with a photo upon availing of the services offered in this plan.
- No e-Card, no availment.
- The plan is non-transferable once registered.
- Free cancellation and refund within 15 days of purchase if the product has not been used.
