PRIMA cards activated on Jan 15, 2026 or later are automatically enrolled in Personal Accident Insurance at no extra cost. Coverage includes loss of life due to an accident, as well as accidental injuries resulting in permanent disability or being permanently bedridden.

The insurance coverage begins upon card activation and ends on the expiration date indicated in the Welcome Letter.

All PRIMA members who activated their cards starting January 15, 2026 and are aged 0 to 69 years old at the time of enrollment are eligible for this built-in insurance coverage.

Starting June 15, 2026, coverage will be extended to members aged 0 to 99 years old.

The Life Insurance benefit is provided through Aspire Care, a voluntary top-up plan from Maxicare Insurance that offers supplementary coverage for death, accidents, or critical illness. Benefits include:

• Basic Life: PHP 50,000 for loss of life.
• Accidental Death: Additional PHP 25,000 if death is due to an accident.
• Critical Illness: PHP 25,000 lump sum for Major Cancer, Major Stroke, or Heart Attack.
• Terminal Illness: 50% advance of the Basic Life benefit if diagnosed with a terminal illness.

The Life Insurance benefit is available to PRIMA Consult, Consult+, Access, and Elite members aged 18 to 65 who activate their membership on or after July 1, 2026. Coverage begins upon receipt of the PRIMA card activation email and ends on the date indicated in the PRIMA Welcome Letter.
