Marikina Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. (MDHMC) – effective 6:00 AM of May 3, 2023.
De La Salle University Medical Center in Dasmarinas City, Cavite (DLSUMC) – effective 6:00 AM of May 5, 2023.

To avoid any inconvenience and to prevent delay in diagnosis and treatment, we recommend the following options for your Outpatient and Inpatient needs:

Access our affiliated Specialists for consultations through the Doctor Anywhere app
Request for a Letter of Authorization (LOA) online via our Member Gateway found on the Maxicare website or via the direct link: https://membergateway.maxicare.com.ph
